By filling out the fields below, you will be submitting a maintenance or service request.
You also have the option to simply report an issue without scheduling an intervention at this time. You just need to select the appropriate option.
Requests are handled according to their priority and level of urgency, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
If the intervention is deemed urgent or necessary for the smooth running of your stay, it may be carried out promptly, even in your presence.
Otherwise, if it does not affect your comfort or safety, it may be postponed until after your departure to minimize disruption.
